Allergies

Allerplex supports the body’s ability to handle seasonal changes. 3 caps 3 times a day Allergco supports a healthy response to seasonal stresses and maintain normal respiratory tract function. 1 tablet 3 times a day. AllergyCalm uses homeopathy to tackle indoor and outdoor allergy symptoms. – 2 tablets every 2 hours up to 5 times a day

Sinusitis

Sinus forte is specifically formulated for the upper respiratory tract. Helpful for infection or allergies. 1 tablet 4-6x a day Sanguinaria, effective homeopathic treatment of the respiratory tract, for hay fever, sensitivity to grass, flowers and fragrance, and chronic infection. 200c every 3 hours SinusCalm is specifically designed to relieve nasal congestion, sinus pain and pressure, and headache due to the common cold or allergies. 2 tablets every 2 hours up to 5 times a day

Stings and Bites

Ledum is the foremost remedy for puncture wounds, including those caused by an insect. If there’s coldness to the site, and or the stung area feels better with cold. Ledum for Tick Bite– 1^st day, every 3 hours, following 2 times a day for a week, then twice weekly for a month, lastly once a week for 1 month. Ledum for Bee Sting– every 1-2 hours until improvement, or up to 3 days

Apis is perfect for stung areas that are warm to the touch, burning, red and swollen. The swelling might also be edematous and remote. Apis for Bee Sting– every 1-2 hours until improvement, or up to 3 days

We were blessed to have renovations completed in February and are now fully open as an Integrative Family Medical Practice. We are currently taking new patients of all ages, continuing medical cannabis certifications and assisting patients who have been injured by Covid or its interventions.

The natural dispensary has been replenished with Standard Process, Mediherb, and Homeopathy.

Business hours are back to our usual schedule. Monday 9-3, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9-5 and Wednesday 9-12.

What began as a vision in graduate school over 20 years ago is now a reality. It has grown and changed in the past 11 years and I will continue its unfolding as the sole owner. I will be introducing our new website wholehealthconsultants.com, complete with this blog, new product lines for the dispensary, new classes and services.

My mission is whole health living, which will serve the community, the practice, and all of us who want a healthier life! I consider LNPWHC to be a grass roots community health center inclusive of all healing modalities. The healing relationship between Nurse Practitioner and patient is a sacred journey both walk together. All of us deserve to be happy and to have a profession that aligns with our ideals. If you want to truly care for your body, Medical Freedom to choose how you do that is very important. Health care workers and patients are truly abused within a dysfunctional system that does not help anyone heal. A therapeutic relationship fosters respect and trust, in other words a safe place to heal. Healing only occurs when we relax!

I see 6-8 patients per day and really focus on their issues in longer comprehensive visits, including education. How did this happen? Being truly patient centered is really ideal medical care. It leaves me feeling happy and inspired to help patients take back their power to heal. My angel mission is to offer myself fully to my patients and give them my complete attention in a relaxed atmosphere! I call this a transformative visit, true health care.
